Water presses can be used to compress ground grapes, apples and other fruits. They are based on water pressure from the water supply network. For operating, a pressure of 2.5 bars is sufficient. Due to its construction, the water press comes in small dimensions according to its capacity. A built-in bellow provides an even and efficient pressing throughout the interior. Exceeding the working pressure in the press is prevented with a safety valve. Presses with a VP label have a turning base which allows easier emptying. For emptying, the press must be overturned and the basket must be pulled out. The basket does not have to be lifted.

A pneumatic press is the key element of the wine cellar equipment and without it, it is impossible to imagine a successful acquisition of quality must.
